Check the oil quality, replenish the oil, clean the filter screen and casing, and replace the coolant. ‌

Tighten the oil pump and pipeline to eliminate leakage. ‌

Clean the surface and pipelines of the electrical equipment of the machine tool, and remove dust and oil stains. ‌

Check the electrical equipment and lighting of the machine tool to ensure good grounding and safety reliability. ‌

Second hand equipment maintenance:

Clean the dust outside the motor and electrical box, inspect and organize the electrical circuits and contact points of each electrical appliance. ‌

Clean the surface and dead corners of the machine tool, remove and wash all protective covers and plates, and achieve internal and external cleaning. ‌

Remove burrs from the guide rail surface and check if the operating handle is flexible and reliable. ‌
