6. Before starting work, it is necessary to check the oil storage capacity of the oil tank and inject oil according to the lubrication chart. Check the lubrication status of each part, and do not drive if it is abnormal.
7. It is prohibited to stack tools, accessories, and debris on the equipment, and it is strictly prohibited to tap or step on the surface of the machine tool guide rail and paint.
After installing the gear cutter on the shaft cutter, immediately tighten it with a screw nut.
9. The gear blank to be processed must be firmly installed on the spindle, and corresponding pads should be placed at the bottom to ensure a certain idle stroke of the insertion tool.
10. When installing several blank parts on the spindle, make sure that their end faces are tightly pressed together, and there should be no iron shavings, cotton yarn, debris, etc. between the contact surfaces.
11. Tools, workpieces, and metal objects are prohibited from being placed on the workbench, and it is strictly prohibited to use a hammer to forcefully strike and correct workpieces.
When working on the machine tool, it is necessary to regularly check the operation of each part. If any abnormal noise or overheating of the bearings are found, the machine should be stopped immediately.
13. The screws used for the "T" groove must meet the standards, otherwise they cannot be used.
14. Adjust the insertion distance reasonably according to the tooth width, and ensure that the insertion tool does not collide with the chuck. Set the sound operation range.
15. The gear cutter should not be used when it is worn dull.
When loading and unloading heavy workpieces, they should be handled with care to avoid damaging the working surface.
17. It is prohibited to change the speed of the equipment during movement, and attention should be paid to the positions of the two handles of the gearbox. When one handle is activated, the other handle must be in the middle position, otherwise it cannot be started.
18. It is prohibited for operators to leave or entrust someone to manage the equipment that is in operation.
When processing cast iron parts or adjusting the machine tool, turn off the cooling pump switch and clean the workbench.
20. Regularly check the fastening of the workpiece cutting tools and hanging wheels during work, and do not loosen them.
21. The operator is not allowed to adjust the gap between the knives on their own.
22. After work, retract the knife holder to the final position.
23. Before leaving work, all handles must be placed in non working positions and the power must be cut off.
