2. Operation steps

Choose a gear hobbing tool: Select a suitable gear hobbing tool based on the gear parameters of the workpiece being processed, and install the gear hobbing tool onto the tool holder.

Set processing parameters: Set processing depth, speed, and feed rate parameters according to processing requirements to ensure processing efficiency and quality.

Start the gear hobbing machine: Place the workpiece under the tool, press the start button to start machining, and closely monitor the machining status during the process.

Check machining quality: Observe machining quality in a timely manner during the machining process, adjust machining parameters or equipment settings in a timely manner if problems are found.

3. Precautions
